Multi-System Firefox Unification Project

Yay! Half way through the process. It’s been fun researching different methods for getting this done. I was beginning to think i was going to have to add yet another programming project to my growing list. Fortunately, I found THIS elegant and extremely convenient DropBox enabled solution thanks to Jon Fox which saved the day.
The only issue I’ve experienced through the process is that my Winamp browser plugin produced minor errors on the Kubuntu system every time Firefox started - fixed that by disabling it on that system - It’s not a big drawback though cause there’s always the regular Winamp interface. And another minor thing is that Step 9 in Jon’s process required the use of quotes for the target to make the symbolic links on my Win7 system So now my dual booted Win7 and Kubuntu systems have had their Firefox sessions, plugins, addons, and bookmarks synced so now it doesn’t matter which system i’m logged into; all my browsers see the same thing.
The hardest part of this has been the cleaning up and renaming of all the crashed and backed up sessions which I didn’t really have to do but did to save space and create a little more order.
So now that those systems are synced, i have two more to go, the WinXP box and the Vista box (brrrrr)… back to work.
